Organic, Seasonal Produce!
Our executive chef and his team are committed to sourcing, whenever possible, local, seasonal, and organic produce from community farmers. The Ojai Valley has a long and prolific agricultural growing season and our cooks consistently prepare fantastic, flavorful meals utilizing the very best “pick of the season” produce! Every meal consists of a selection of lean, flavorful proteins, complex, creatively prepared carbohydrates and seasonal market vegetables and fruits.

Meals are served “buffet style” so that our students can choose what appeals to them and how much or little they want to eat! We recycle and compost food waste in our kitchen and dining room and feel strongly that this practice helps teach our students to be conscientious protectors of their environment!

The Weil kitchen serves a variety of healthy, a la carte items and homemade desserts in our well-stocked “Grab n Go” bar for hungry students between meals, after hours and on the weekends. Stocked with individual servings of protein rich tuna, egg and chicken salads, hummus, string cheese, fresh and dried fruits, veggies, granola bars, bagels, breads, peanut butter, cream cheese, honey, jam and more, we strive to create a dining experience that feels like home!

Agua Fresca with Fresh Fruit Puree!
We take hydration very seriously and in addition to our filtered cold and hot water station, we provide ice cold 2%, hormone free milk and a delicious, thirst quenching and ever popular “Agua Fresca”, served daily and made with fresh, seasonal fruit puree, ice and water.
Our kitchen staff welcomes and honors all dietary preferences/restrictions/allergies, etc. by providing gluten and dairy free options, alternative proteins and both vegetarian and vegan menu options.
